Well played to all and see you next week which is a Stableford Qualifier.

To our illustrious band of golfers.
Today we played a 2BBB in testing conditions. The course it is fair to say, after the recent diabolical weather, was really good with relatively small amounts of casual water on the fairways. Lets hope we get some promised drier conditions this week so that we can see our buggy boys back next Tuesday..we miss you.
Anyway the result was as follows 19 players taking part;
1st with 43 points (mostly scored by Roy) Roy Mc Nulty and Brian Saunders £11 each
2nd

Hope you all enjoyed Tuesday's game, Libby has now processed the cards submitted whilst Brian is still trying to work out who put money in the box.  If you can we would urge you to pay by BACs as it is easier to sort out and keep track of.
OK, To the Results

2nd - Charles Miller with 38 points on countback - £14

Hi all,A6A6C7C9 DB47 4154 B0BB 640440B27C43
Well the weather and buggy ban did the damage again. Twelve hardy souls  managed a "blind pairs" ably organised by Brian Saunders (thank you again Brian).
The pairs were drawn by Hannah (don't blame her) and in first place was Roy McNulty and Pete Clare winning £7 each and second were Dave Hussey and Pete Bradbury winning £5 each.

By the way, for those who didn't know, our Brian sank the vital winning putt on the first extra hole, on Sunday to win the Frank Wills

Hi to all the Seniors who took part in today's Stableford Qualifier it was great to have so many back out again today and what a lovely day for golf. The time away not playing for some, has certainly done their game a power of good!

Hi Everyone,
Well that was a roll-up with a difference. Very conscious of current advice regarding social distancing we conducted our admin outside and managed to get everyone away without the usual Tuesday intimate frolicking in the Bear bar. Hopefully we won't have to do this for too long but it will be no real hardship especially as we now won't be getting any rain until next October!

Anyway, a very warm welcome to two new members Trevor Atkinson and Richie (Hugh) Richardson we

Hi all,
Well the weather and Cormac combined to defeat our roll up this week, so nothing for me to report.
Hopefully, as long as storm Dennis doesn't affect us, we can get back to playing again next week. I will be there to "sort you out" although not back to playing yet.
The format will depend on numbers and weather.
Don't be late.
Mike
